Prorated by date.

Hello ,
can you help me for the following?
I have a fixed date of billing cycle eg: starting every month 8th to next month 8 . i need calulation based on this.

monthly paid - 220$

if i activated today eg: 25-8-2023, i would like to the following

= number of days based on 8th billing date : if activate today, eg number of days till next 8th is : 8 days .

=expiry date : 8th of next month - need to change automatically based on activation date

=Amount to be paid : Prorate based on 8th billing date + 1 month fee = answer should be - paid first amount 220$ - prorated + monthly payment 220$

I'm confused. There are 14 days between 25 Aug and 8 Sep, why do you say 8?
why are you subtracting the prorated amount, or is the prorated amount the non working time?
