Hi, I am sure it is possible but I have a workbook with 5 tabs and I want to password protect a single worksheet so that only a colleague and I can view data in it and all other users can only see the other four and if they try to click on the other it prompts them for a password.. Any advice much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
I am not very expert but may be it can help you.

First hide your worksheet and then protect your workbook with a paaaword. If other users will try to unhide your sheet it will ask for a password.
