Protecting excel file from deletion and copying

I think this is not possible, but I previously got answer for things that seems impossible to me.

So, is it possible to prevent user from deleting or copying an excel file.
if not then, even some alternative solution can work.

Take a look at my post (#11) HERE but this assumes that the users have the Macros enabled.
