Protecting visibility in a sheet

Hi

I need to show employee information, but only allow access to managers who look after their own staff.
Basically, if there's a way of hiding a sheet with the values and only when a manager wants to view his team data, he doesn't get other employee information.

I'm assuming this can only be done with a macro, which I'll be forced to use if it's the case.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Good morning Yusuf

I have a workbook template available that will alow different users to view only sheets that are specified by the administrator. The administartor can view all sheets and controls the access rights. Is this something you can use? Anyone can use it - just send me an e-mail. Full instructions are included.

Caveat : Excel is not a secure environment. Information in this workbook (indeed ANY workbook, password protected or not) can be accessed by well informed users.
