Protection and Inserting Comments

I have protected a sheet and am using VBA to toggle this based on the user selecting a value in a combo box. My issue is that using the following code:

ActiveSheet.Protect Password:="password", AllowFormattingColumns:=True, AllowFormattingCells:=True

Will do what I want but disables the ability to insert a comment on the cell which I need to have.

If I lock the worksheet via the menu and allow select the EditObjects option the insert comments option is available.

My question, which VBA option on the Protect object si equivalent to the EditObjects option.
