Pull Outlook Calendar Appointments

We use Outlook Team Calendar for scheduling time off. I am needing for Excel to run out and grab these appointments and populate a list of who is off in a section of a spreadsheet that we use.

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
