In my Excel prg. I have made a userform that allows 20 rectangles to be moved by the mouse during runtime. It is basically a Spanish vocab learning "game". I pull the words for my vocab "cards" (the movable rectangles on the userform) from column A of sheet 1. The Translation of those words is in column B. There are 20 stationary rectangles on the userform with the Translations. The "player" moves a vocab card with the mouse over the rectangle that would be its English equivalent, and drops it in place. The score is calculated at the end (how many right, etc.)
My problem is that I want to put this userform in a PowerPoint presentation, but still pull the words from the excel worksheet. The excel worksheet has a randomizing formula in it to reorder the words each time the userform appears so the cards are never in the same order on the userform.
What would I put in the userform code to access the excel file each time it is pulled up in the powerpoint presentation? Could I still generate the randomizing before the information is imported? Would I have to write a VBA program to save the excel file as a csv file each time after it is randomized? If it can't be done, I'll continue to use the game in Excel, but the PPT presentation is a self-teaching Spanish lesson for homebound kids, and it would be nice if I could add this in to it.
