Purchase Order / PO tracking template needed...

I'm looking for a template to help streamline our PO entry system.
More specifically we need a way to track the PO#'s (ordered, date expected, received) etc.

If I could find a way to have a simple PO entry system, which would formulate a chart showing ordered from, expected arrival date, and a way to 'tick' it received etc.

Any/ All suggestions would be great. I'm open to any options at this point.

In Excel, you can always click on File>New and you can then search Microsoft online templates.

If this doesn't work for you I would be willing to build this for you free of charge.

As of yet, I've not found any templates that'll give me a starting point. I have also checked through the Microsoft recommended templates.

Some of the 'not-free' templates available on download.com etc. might work, I've not yet found anything free though. I just don't want to start from scratch, I'm willing to modify from a base... just to busy right now to start something from scratch.
