Put a password to a single cell

Hi..

Is there a solution to protect a single cell with password.

I have a woorksheet that are used by 10 people.
Most of the cells in the woorksheet are open, but I have 3 celles that a few people can change.

Is there a way to password protect these 3 celles so that if a user tries to update one of these cells, he get a pop-up windows that asks for a password.

I don't want to turn on/off the Worksheet protection.
