puting the name that a number represents down

High every one,

i have a row of names in colum b,
in colum a i have a row of numbers that will change, between 1 and 20

i want a fomula that says whatever cell between a4 and a23 matches the data in c4 then put the corresponding name thats in row b in here

I believe this formula will work for you:
=VLOOKUP(C4,$A4:$B23,2,FALSE)
