I am looking for help

I have a around 50 different percentages which all vary from 15% - 100%

I am looking for a way to put these into ranges of 0-25%, 25-50%, 50-75%,75-100%

and then reflect this onto a chart.

Can someone help out?

regards,

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

Put this formula

Code:
=IF(AND(A2>=0%,A2<=25%),"0-25%",IF(AND(A2>25%,A2<=50%),"25-50%",IF(AND(A2>50%,A2<75%),"50-75%",IF(AND(A2>=75%,A2<=100%),"75-100%"))))
adjacent to your data draw a pivot and make a chart, you can also use pivot table grouping to group percentage in certain intervals.:LOL:

Small change
Code:
[TABLE="width: 111"]
<tbody>[TR]
  [TD="class: xl63, width: 111"]IF(AND(A2>=0%,A2<=25%),"0-25%",IF(AND(A2>25%,A2<=50%),"25-50%",IF(AND(A2>50%,A2<=75%),"50-75%",IF(AND(A2>75%,A2<=100%),"75-100%"))))[/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

Couple of other options depending on where you want to place the percentages that are exactly 25%, 50% or 75%

Excel 2013
ABC
215%0-25%0-25%
325%0-25%25-50%
427%25-50%25-50%
550%25-50%50-75%
651%50-75%50-75%
775%50-75%75-100%
885%75-100%75-100%
Sheet2
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
B2=CHOOSE(ROUNDUP(A2/0.25,0),"0-25%","25-50%","50-75%","75-100%")
C2=LOOKUP(A2,{0,0.25,0.5,0.75},{"0-25%","25-50%","50-75%","75-100%"})
