Puzzler: Marking groups of multiple associations

I want to use formula (or conditional formatting perhaps) for the following puzzler illustrated below. Col A below has a list of colors. Col B has a list of people who are associated with that color. Generally a color should be associated with ONLY ONE person. So the color blue, which is associated with John, is in a GOOD state. the colors green and red are associated with more than one owner, so those colors are in a BAD state. How can I find/indicate/highlight the group(s) for green and red which are in a bad state? The range below has cell A1 is the word "color", while cell B13 is the word "Judy", to give you a designated range.

Select from the menu Format\ Conditional Formatting

Condition 1:
Formula is =COUNTIF($A:$A,$A2)<>SUMPRODUCT(--($A2=$A$2:$A$13),--($B2=$B$2:$B$13))
Select any background color you want

If you have Excel 2007 or later, you could use this conditional formatting formula instead
Formula is =COUNTIF($A:$A,$A2)<>COUNTIFS($A:$A,$A2,$B:$B,$B2)
