Q: Use VBA to copy then paste a cell within a range

Hey Guys, I'm trying to fudge a quick fix solution to a problem.

I am in Column A.
I have some txt in row 1 and some txt in Row 10.

Is there a way to use VBA to copy a cell I have on a reference page in between rows 1 and 10?
