I have items that I need to print barcode labels for. I need the number of labels equal to the quantity of the item in our inventory. Here are the three columns in the spreadsheet that are of interest:

Item Quantity ID
Forceps, 4.5", fine point 6 301

I need to print 6 labels with the barcode for "301". I know how to get the barcode. I need to know how to get the correct quantity of labels when I do a mail merge in MS Word using the above spreadsheet as the source file.

Thanks!

Tony
