Question about formating Dates & Times

I have a set of data that has a column of dates and times that are formated like this:

4/15/10_2:27:00

I need to get rid of the "_" changing the above to this:

4/15/10 2:27:00

Try

=SUBSTITUTE(A1,"_"," ")+0

and format as Date + Time.
