how can i move the cells in excel? I know I can just cut and paste to move them, but I have over 1000 different cells and that would take a long time. For example:

rows 1-10 are filled in and rows 11-15 are blank. rows 16-25 are filled and 26-30 are filled. Is there a way that I can just move the cells up to fill in the empty spaces?
Thank you for your help.

Excel Facts

Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.

Welcome to the board.
Just AutoFilter your entire range on Non Blank.
You'll get all the filled rows in one group.
Copy and paste once.
