I need help in analyzing data. I don't know if it is possible to use excel for this. I also have the program Statgraphics, but I have no clue what any of the terminology means...multivariate analysis, one-way ANOVA, etc...

Three testers (Fred, Josh, Tiff) ran 2 iterations (1, 2) on 5 different machines (1-5). Each tester used the same set of color chips on each machine in order to test the calibration across all 5 machines.

I want to compare and evaluate the results on each machine. If they are calibrated the same, each machine should result in the same value for each color chip.

We have 80 color chips (numbered 1-80) and we ran each trial in order 1-->80, therefore, across each machine #67 is the same color chip, and ideally, should have the same value. Because this number is not the same, I am doing this evaluation.

How can I analyze this? (The spreadsheet is sorted similarly to the example below)

Trial Observer Iteration Machine DataA DataB DataC DataD
1 -----Josh------1-------5
2 -----Josh------1-------5
3 -----Josh------1-------5
4 -----Josh------1-------5
5 -----Josh------1-------5
6 -----Josh------1-------5
...-----Josh------1-------5
80---- Josh------1-------5
