In the wonderful video series posted by ExcelIsFun, specifically referenced
Excel Statistics 21: P2 Quantitative Freq. Dist. w Formulas

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCUMqHKwFn8 Starting @ 01:00 - 03:34, he shows how to figure an upper and lower limit and setting labels. When he refers to the cell M34 he uses a relative cell reference from cell N33, and it starts over as a number 20.

My question is, is it at all possible to modify M34 from the relative cell reference N33 to appear as number 21 instead? For instance on my home work problem, the question asks for the classes to appear as...

10-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
etc, so I wouldn't need to include 19 again on column below 10, so it looks like this...

10-19
19-29
29-39 etc even though in reality it would look like

10-19
19-28
28-37
37-46
etc

I want to try and retain the formula function as I really like the concept of having an ability to dynamically alter data if I needed to change the ranges in the future. I hope I was able to accuractly convey the message I am trying to come across.

I've tried looking via search but really had no idea what terms I should be looking for, and this is my first time posting to this board, but I just wanted to say thank you in advance, and what an awesome website this is. I had just discovered this recently stumbling upon ExcelIsFun's YouTube channel, and I am going to be purchasing the eBook soon. Thank you for any help you can give me again!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
I believe that you can simply change the label (the way the label appears). Where ExcelIsFun uses the concatenation:
=M33&" up to "&N33&" years"

change to:
=M33&" up to "&(N33-1)&" years"

There is no change in the histogram, which is using 20 as the boundary (i.e. up to 20 but not including 20). For discrete values this will effectively be 19. If decimal data is used there is the question of where the values between 19 and 20 are included in the histogram buckets.
