Question on inputing and showing dates

Lets say I enter the date 29 May 2023 into cell A1, can I get excel to show me the end date after 14 days in same cell, i.e.

"29 May 2023" (inputed into A1)

"29 May 2023 - 11 June 2023" (Is what is displayed in A1)

Possibly, but only by using vba. However, I would strongly recommend that you dont as the two dates are fundamentally different data (start date, end date) and with information shown as you propose they wouldn't even be recognised as dates. It would make any future analysis much harder to do. The right answer (in my opinion) would be to put =A1+14 in cell B1.
