Is it possible to create 2 sets of option buttons in the same sheet so 1 button per set can be checked at the same time? I currently have 10 option buttons (2 sets of five) and i can't check more than 1 each time i make a selection.

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
What type of option buttons are they? If they're from the Forms toolbar, put each set in separate Group Box. If they're from the Controls Toolbox, set the GroupName property of each set to the same value, or put each set in a Frame control.
