Hello, i have project where i have no idea how to do that maybe somebody can help me :)

So in that project i have ID, and descriptions

Lets say that i have in column A & B that data

A1 = 1123 & B1 = esrt
A2 = 1123 & B2 = safe
A3 = 2132 & B3 = aet
A4 = 2432 & B4 = adga

So now what i have to do is if ID is same then the next row where is same ID that B value should go to C column and A2 and B2 row should delete.

So the final worksheet should look like that

A1 = 1123 & B1 = esrt & C1 = safe
A2 = 2132 & B2 = aet
A3 = 2432 & B3 = adga

Hope somebody can give me some idea how to do that.

If I have understood correctly, then a Pivot Table will not do what you are asking.

Try this macro. If you need help with how to implement it, post back with what Excel version you are using.

Hi, im trying that macro today, im using Office 2010. Yes and Pivot tables are not what im looking because i cant get the inserted data as i need.

I have that data

All those values where i write number is person ID and right now those are the same. U see, that there is value Diagnoos -> that means some problem and that yellow is the main other 2 are the same person but not the primary.

It should look like that after i run macro

isikukood HL algus HL lõpp HL nrDiagnoosDiagnoos1Diagnoos2
number31.12.20074.01.2008R07161202982462O80.0O62.1O64.2

Hope u can help me and you understand what i ment. Also all other rows with the same ID should be deleted.

What you are now describing seems to have no resemblance at all to what you described in post #1.

I'm afraid that I cannot understand that description and I see nothing yellow.

I cannot see how that result comes from the original line of data.
