=data!C2

.....
Sub doit1()
Dim count As Integer

count = 6
For i = 3 To 10
Range("B" & count).Value = "=Sheet2!C" & i
Range("B" & count + 1).Value = "=Sheet2!H" & i
Range("B" & count + 2).Value = "=Sheet2!M" & i
Range("B" & count + 3).Value = "=Sheet2!R" & i
count = count + 4
Next i

End Sub

This should do it. Feel free to increase the counter and change the sheet reference to Data
