quickest way to check if any values are not in the second subset

Gurus,
what is the simplest and fastest way to check if 2 columns have their own unique values, meaning they might be duplicates in respective column but do not exist in the other column? Conditional formatting does not work in my case because of duplicates in each column.

it's something like : 3 is unique to the 2nd column but a duplicate in the 1st column and the conditional formatting would not be able to differentiate the value from the rest. I wanna filter out all the values which are unique to the contrast but may or may not be duplicates in their own columns.
