quit date

A few weeks ago I quit smoking. i would like to mak a sheet that will figure out how meany Days,weeks,months and years since i quit.

where do i start? and how do i get there?

If your quit date is in cell A1 place this into any other cell:

You may need to format this cell as number.

ok i got that to work. I made anuther cell called weeks and used
=that number/7

Now any ideas on how to do mounths since all mounths have off amounts of days ?

Note that that function is kind of "buggy" in certain applications but for your needs it should work. The alternative is quite complicated!
