Radio button transparency

Hi, I have set up radio buttons with a transparent background. It works fine except that when I click/select the button, the transparent background dissapear and change to white.

How do we set it up so that when we click the radio button, it stays transparent ?

Why not set the background the same as the colour of the cells, or userform that the buttons are on. That way you wouldn't need to mess around with transparency. All you see is the button's caption (if there is one) and the selected status.
