Have worksheet 1000 names and adresses deep and 250 columns wide. Most of data columns grouped by year (2007, 2008, 2009). For 2010 I need more columns.

So I can now easily add and delete names and sort and/or filter any column(s) by selecting the entire worksheet.

Since I cannot add columns what can I do to add the 2010 data and still be able to add/delete names and addresses and sort data for the entire worksheet?

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Make sure that you save the file in XL 2010 format. You will then have a lot more than 256 columns.

No matter if you have Excel 2003 or newer, you should still have at least 256 columns. Check to see if there are any hidden columns. If you come to find out that you have used all of the rows, you will need to upgrade to 2007 or 2010. I know that 2007 has 16,384 columns.
