random list of male and femle

Hello excel gurus!!!!!

I want to fill a column randomly with the words " males" and "females".
Random drag is one option but I wonder whether they will be completely unbiased.

Can any one of you suggest a formula?

It may be easy but I could not find the solution by my own.
