rank formula not working

Hello there
I have a column of scores which use a reasonably simple formula to produce a weighted average. I am using rank formula in the next column to identify the rank. However, in some cases it is not identifying ties. When I look at the numbers to 15 decimal places they are definitely the same but it is still giving them separate ranks.

Any ideas?
