Ranked numbers, need formula to tell me which cell equalled best rank

Hi everyone
I have numbers in top row example 1, 2, 3
In middle row I have more numbers example 24, 32, 11
In the third row I have ranked the middle row numbers to get 2, 1, 3
I now want excel to look at the rank and tell me that the best rank “1” comes from number “2” top row.
I have tried lookup and match but I not having any luck
