Ranking highest numbers

Hi,

I have a feeling this should be easy -

I have a list of numbers in column a - in column B I would like to have a ranking score (1 being the highest) alongside the numbers.

I re-order them by using the sort command as the column of numbers is part of another set of data.

Any ideas??

Use the formula:

=RANK(A1,$A:$A)

In cell B1

Copy and paste down
