Rating Bandings

Is there a formula I can use to create bandings?

Each record has a rating of 0-100 but I also need to create a new column with bandings. The bandings are as follows.

71-100 Very Good <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
51-70 Good <o></o>
30-50 Credit Worthy <o></o>
21-29 Credit Against Collateral <o></o>
1-20 Caution <o></o>

Try something like this...

=LOOKUP(A1, {1,21,30,51,71}, {"Caution","Credit Against Collateral","Credit Worthy","Good ","Very Good "})

Similar idea but create a lookup table on your sheet (or another sheet). Formula copied down.
