Read only selected without password hide sheet tabs

So if I were to open someone else's workbook on a shared system and selected read only without a password is there a vba way to detect I selected read only. display a selected sheet and hide all the other tabs?

A workbook has a ReadOnly property - True if opened read-only.

Thanks understood. However I want to be able to see who has accessed files throughout the day even if someone was working a file and another opened it to view (causing the read-only pop up).

There's a function here to get the name of the last user who opened the workbook:
