Reading a list of cell # in a worksheet, assigning one as the response to #, opening a message box, sending a text to all #

Anyone know of a way to grab a cell phone number list from a worksheet, select one number as the "respond to number", open a dialog box for a small message, and send the message to the remaining numbers on the list. Responses would need to go back to the respond to number?

If you want to send messages via SMS you have to have a license with a third-party provider. It's not built-in like sending email. Here is a link to the first one that came up in a search.
