Reading a list of cell # in a worksheet, assigning one as the response to #, opening a message box, sending a text to all #

Anyone know of a way to grab a cell phone number list from a worksheet, select one number as the "respond to number", open a dialog box for a small message, and send the message to the remaining numbers on the list. Responses would need to go back to the respond to number?
