What is the best way to change the output of a formula based on hard coded cell?

I am working on hypothetical real estate deal for a school project. The main goal of the project is to determine the cash on cash returns to both of the owners in the deal.

I have a proforma built out to get the overall project cash flow and ROE but i am looking to make the "water fall" distribution dynamic, so that I can change the Owner A ROE requirement and the output will be cash flow needed while keep the equity amount static. The remaining cash flow will then be spilt 50/50 between Owner A and Owner B but i have that part.

I know I could use goal seek to achieve this but I am hoping that there is a formula in D6 that will show cashflow needed based on D5.

Thanks in advance for your help!
