I have an Access program that is linked to an Excel file.

All Data comes from the Excel
I need to reveiw codes (Sample)
Code FQty GQty total Forcast weeks
1009 2 2 4 2 2

FQty and GQty are calulated fields.

If I Change Forcast to 4 then FQty and GQty need to update.

How do I get the Excel file to change when I change the Forcast?

Tried Recalc and Refresh.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
I don't understand exactly how this is set up.
You say that the Access program is linked to Excel. Is that using VBA or just a linked table?
Is it just FQty and GQty that are in Access and everything else in Excel? If so, the workbook should recalculate when you update the Excel workbook or are you updating Excel from VBA? If so it could help if you can post the VBA being used.
