Record the username of a shared file

Hi...I'm trying to make a time record for a certain number of employees...I hope to make an shared excel file, wherein they will use it as their time IN/OUT...I'll just put buttons for them to just click IN/OUT...

A B (in) C (out) D
Employee1 (click button) (click button) username of the one who clicked the button
Employee2 (click button) (click button) "
Employee3 (click button) (click button) "

But, to make sure that the same employee is the one who clicked the button (using his/her station), I want to capture/record their name on that particular row...is there any way to do this?...thanks in advance!
