Recording Login and Logout time of myself

Is there even this?
I have a company notebook and therefore windows event log is password protected, but i would like to automate this recording, so i can keep track of time.
My idea is a simple day, and first login time and last logout time (when the computer hibernated last in the day) (even recording all the screen on/screen off points would help).
But not the closest idea on how to import this data to excel or make it 'Automatic'

Can anybody help? Or do you think this to be extremely hard, ny impossible?
