refer the value from one sheet to another sheet using list option

hi,

i want to create macro if the list is going to select one option the corresponding value will appear next column and some of the fields should be disabled. for an example i want to match one model we have to type if i select normal type it should go norrmal sheet and look for the corressponding columns and retrieve the data but the another option should be disabled if the fields are not filled.

please give me any idea or model template or macro to asha_yuva11@yahoo.co.in
