reference dragging with indirect problem

Hello, this is google sheet related but it seems the same than excel
I have a sheet that get feed from google module. In the 1st sheet i got the records form module., I have added a second sheet to report dtasa from 1st sheet becuase i need to do some conditional formatting. LIke if B2 isYES show E
It works
but everytime i add a record the formula sheet
So if i am at A2, i insert a record, and insead having A3, it goes to A4
I have found that with INDIRECT works
acutally i have this
=INDIRECT("modulo!$A2")

but if i drag down this...A2 remain A2 instead of being A3 A4 and so on
How to solve this?
