I saw the following reference being used in a formula and I'm unable to figure out what it means or how to use it. Can anyone help?

Reference: =[@[Column_Header]]

I am not sure what the square brackets or @ is for. Would really appreciate some help understanding this one.

Kind Regards,

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.

It's called structured referencing.

Excel 2007:

Excel 2010:

Describes the use of the new @ sign:

Personally, I hate it! :eeek:
