Refresh a pivot table based on a cell reference

Hi, I want to refresh a pivot table based on a specific criteria.
For eg: There are different cities. I have to get data for number of girl child who have taken the vaccination & number of boy child who have taken the vaccination. I have cities like mumbai, Delhi, chennai, BAngalore, Jaipur.

Now i want to refresh the pivot table using a macro to give me the data for city which is there in cell G1. Can someone help me with this?
