Refresh button for worksheets

Hi I want to be able to refresh a worksheet that is pulling in dde links from an external server. Is there any way I can refresh a worksheet instead of reopening it. Please help, Thank you.
 

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Not sure if this is the answer, but try hitting F9 to recalculate, should force the sheet to pull in the latest data, I think?
