Hey all,

I have a shared workbook which requires a password to modify.

I have two sheets in the book. Sheet1 with all the data in, Sheet2 with lots of Pivot tables.

I need a button that will unshare the workbook, refresh all the pivot tables and then share the workbook again. Is this possible?

Is it possible to have it so the button can only be used when the password has been entered to modify?

Am I thinking too deep here, should the pivot tables be in a seperate work book?

Cheers

Chris
