Remove blank cells

I run Excel 2007 and I need to remove blank cells from the end of my documents.

All open cells within the document itself are fine, however my workbooks range from 200-400 rows and columns out to BZ, and whenever I go to save, my workbook increases in size. I have determined that it is counting cells beyond row 400 column BZ. I have several pages to the workbook with several formulas throughout. I add and remove rows and columns, or edit existing ones, and then sort by headers. Basicly it is an inventory with most suppliers having their own page.

When I alter the document (add, remove, or alter) then save the workbook, the size continues to increase. I have looked at worms or viruses with no results. I have started looking at just coping the used cells of each page to a separate document, though we are talking over 20 pages, with well over 1000 separate formula's. Once I copy them over I would need to edit many formulas so they wont be looking for the old document.

I want to remove all the cells beyond my document and reduce the overall size. The document original size was 2MB, and it has grown to well over 15MB without any real additions. I have already followed many of the suggestions from the help section with no real change. I have tried to delete the cells, identify printable area, adjust scaling, ect... but all suggestions have me removing cells within a document not reducing the size of the document.

Any help with this would be great.
