Hi

I have a set of data exported from an email marketing tool, the data in the first column shows the email address, then there are a further 5 columns detailing responses to 5 multiple choice questions, if someone answered one or multiple of the multiple choice answers to the 5 questions the column shows a number 1 if they didn't answer the question, didn't open the email or choose not to answers to one of the 5 options it is blank.

How do I remove the blanks from the 5 columns but leave the number 1 across the 5 columns?

Thanks in advance

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
You can go and find all blanks and replace them with 5 in Find and Replace
