Remove cut/copy paste restriction

Hello all
Not sure why this has happened but my Excel has cut/copy paste greyed out and I am unable to use.

There was a spreadsheet used to restrict copy paste using vba code ( now deleted) and also a password on protecting structure for workbook but this was for only one spreadsheet.

This now appears to be applied to all spreadsheets and the copy/paste function disabled.

Is there an easy way to restore so that copy paste can be used as normal for all spreadsheets

Hope this makes sense and any help at all would be appreciated

Hard to tell without the code, might be best to find that original code and reverse what it did.

Just a quick look at excel options, there are checkboxes for them

OPtions=>advance then scroll down to cut,copy and paste
