Remove Duplicates - 2 columns

I have a large dataset of account numbers (column A) and account names (column B). I'm trying to update/fix a rolling forecast with missing account names, and if I use vlookup I get a spill because the entries happen multiple times.

If I Take the account number/names list and remove all on both columns, will they stay matched? They should since the deleted rows will have duplicates in both cells, correct?

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
That's right, when you use the Remove Duplicates functionality, make sure to check the 2 columns:
