Remove Extra Spaces

Anyone have a good way to remove extra spaces in a column?

I have a column with imported data from Access that has extra spaces which makes it near impossible to do a find and replace. I used a =LEN formula on one of the cells and discovered several extra spaces in each cell.

Any way to remove these extra spaces (using VBA if possible)?

Try selecting the range then running TrimAll http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/join.htm#trimall
