Using the below.
Works as required however the last rows where there is black M the rows are not deleted?

Sub emptyx()

Dim lastRow As Long, i As Long

lastRow = Cells(Rows.Count, "M").End(xlUp).Row

For i = lastRow To 2 Step -1

If Range("M" & i) = "" Then
Rows(i).Delete
End If

Next i

End Sub

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
If there are "blank" cells in col M not being deleted, my guess is that they are not really blank.
