removing and replacing prefixes from email addresses

I would like to remove the prefixes for 3000 email address in excel and replace them with info.

e.g. i would like stuart@microsoft.com to become info@microsoft.com... what is the easiest way of doing this, as i am a novice in excel....

A quick way to do the lot:

1. Optional. Copy the column of data (if you want to keep the original data as well)

2. Select the column by clicking its heading label.

3. Find/Replace ...
Find what: *@
Replace with: info@
In Options>> check that 'Match entire cell contents' is NOT checked
Replace All
OK
Close


If you do want to go the formula option, a variation to consider:
=REPLACE(A1,1,FIND("@",A1),"info@")
